Free Shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. addresses.

Where We Ship
United States (48 contiguous United States)
We strive to get your shoes to you as quickly as possible. The cost for shipping is free for your entire order in the 48 contiguous United States, however, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We do not offer express shipping at this time. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours if the item is in stock. We use FedEx ground shipping for all orders in the continental US. Orders arrive within 5-7 business days from the ship date.

Hawaii and Alaska Customers
The cost for shipping is $14.95 for each item in the order. Items going to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via FedEx Air and arrive within 7 business days from the ship date.

Shipping Confirmation Emails
  • We will send you a shipping confirmation email, with the FedEx tracking number, when all or part of your order is shipped
  • You can check the status of your order anytime by clicking Order Status link in the top header of the site.
  • Tracking information will be updated within 24 hours.

Tracking Your Order
You can check the status of your order anytime in Order Status. We will also keep you updated on your order status via email.

To check the status of your order anytime:
  1. Click Order Status and sign in using your email address and order number.
  2. This will bring you to Order Details, click on the tracking number to the right of any item to get up-to-date information from FedEx. Return Policy

  • Rough Justice will gladly authorize returns of UNWORN MERCHANDISE within 30 days of receipt of your order.
  • The shoes must be in as new condition and must include all original packaging and materials.
  • Rough Justice recommends returning your shoes via an insured, traceable shipping service.
  • Do not send items back through other means or without obtaining a return authorization as your package may be sent back to you.
  • Rough Justice is not responsible for shoes that become lost during shipment.
  • Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment.
  • Your return request must be made within 30 days of when your order was delivered and we must receive the merchandise back at the warehouse within 15 days of when the authorization was issued.

PLEASE NOTE: CLEARANCE ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. All purchases are final on clearance items.

Rough Justice guarantees against manufacturer's defects within 60 days of purchase. Regular wear and tear does not qualify. If you feel the shoes are defective and were purchased from this website, please contact us by emailing or calling us at 1-855-337-4637.
